As the only in-house designer in a company that has been growing 400% year over year, responsibilities range from marketing and website design to creating packaging for new products to lead assisting at photo shoots. Worked on the launch of several major website updates and consistently designs new assets to maintain it as Cora's product range and business capabilities expand. Collaborated with the brand manager to completely redesign outdated online and mail communication, as well as a total overhaul of retail packaging set to hit Target shelves in the summer of 2019.

Quickly promoted from gallery assistant to work on research projects related to the opening of the new museum under the Director of Communications. Executed projects for Communications, such as updating website and creating email newsletter templates, as well as editing and creating Adobe CS6 files for colleagues.
Designed internal website for museum staff for easy access to helpful resources. Recruited thirty students who work front-of-house; and worked on orientation and training materials for them. Gained broad knowledge of museum operations and work in a start-up environment (the museum’s grand opening was on Nov. 13, 2016).

Collaborated on projects that involved both academic research and design, such as a redesign of a poster explaining non-medication options for chronic pain sufferers, and a flyer version of this for patients to take home. Researched literature that informed design decisions made both by self and colleagues for such artifacts. Process was emphasized and designs went through many iterations through collaboration.

Tailored pages on the company website to attract customers, primarily via photography. Designed new website using Wix for partner travel company and created video tutorials to help other partner companies create their own sites. Global Ambassadors Mentorship Program | Lead Mentor

Consulted international students in navigating life in the US, connecting them to university resources, organizing activities for members of the program, and collaborating on relevant guides. Recruited Global Ambassadors for the following year: conducted interviews and partook in final candidate selection.
Achieved promotion after a year as one of three Leads who advised the new group of ambassadors while also continuing to mentor incoming students. Consequently took over leadership of the hiring committee.
