"Elisa successfully completed a project for the non-profit Davis Network for Africa (DNA), and exceeded our expectations in creating a website that is visually appealing, and easy to navigate. I have nothing but praises for her work ethic and communication skills. She showed a level of self-discipline and professionalism that I've rarely encountered in the field. She followed our instructions to the T, provided valuable input, and regularly checked with us to make sure that the project progressed to our satisfaction. I look forward to working with her again, and can't recommend her highly enough. She's the best designer I've worked with."

Project Need

Davis Network for Africa (DNA) is a group in Davis, CA that provides a space for Africans and friends of Africa to promote intercultural interactions, and to support each other, among other missions.

The organization needed a website that would feature resources for Africans moving to Davis, and that kept members informed of relevant events, like their regular meetups. Additionally, the existing logo needed to be cleaned up and modernized.

Alternate Logos

The founder wanted to keep the logo a neutral color so it would be inclusive, but I also created some colorful logos that could be used on merchandise to raise money for the organization.
